Refunds/ Exchanges:
I want you to be in love with your finished product! All items in this shop are custom and made to order which means they are created especially for you. The colors and any extra details you request are selected/chosen/created just for you! This makes exchanges/refunds, due to color change, etc. very complicated as I don't keep these items made up or in stock. I also like to send brand new items, not exchanged items, to customers as I put lots of love into each creation, creating it just for you. Thus, returns and refunds are only accepted in the situation where I've made a mistake or some type of damage (misspelled name, wrong item, wrong customization details per our conversation or incorrect name, etc.). If there is an issue with the item, please contact me within 2 days of receiving the item so we can rectify the issue.
