1. Eligibility to Purchase
- Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order.
- We currently accept orders from customers located in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- By purchasing, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, payment details) is accurate and complete.
2. Custom Orders & Approval
- Many of our products are custom-made or personalized.
- Proofs or mock-ups may be provided when necessary. We begin production only after final approval from the customer.
- Once production begins, custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded, unless an error was made on our part.
3. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
- The design includes inappropriate, copyrighted, hateful, or illegal content.
- Payment is not successfully processed or fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Materials or inventory are unavailable.
- A listing contains an unintentional error in pricing or description.
If an order is canceled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.
4. Pricing & Changes
- All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.
- Once an order is submitted and paid for, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.
- Sales, promotions, or coupon codes cannot be applied to past orders.
5. Intellectual Property
- All product designs, photos, website content, and artwork created by R&D Laser Design & Creations are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or use our designs, photos, or content without written permission.
- Custom designs we create for you remain our intellectual property unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
R&D Laser Design & Creations is not responsible for:
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (misspelled names, dates, addresses, etc.)
- Delays or damage caused by shipping carriers, postal services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear of products after delivery
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
7. Shipping, Delays & Force Majeure
- We do our best to meet all processing and delivery estimates, but shipping times are not guaranteed once an order leaves our studio.
- We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, natural disasters, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events (force majeure).
- In such situations, orders may be delayed, rescheduled, or refunded at our discretion.
8. Dispute Resolution
- If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within two (2) calendar days so we can resolve it together.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.
