Processing Time
- All products are made to order.
- Standard processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment.
- Larger bulk orders or highly customized items may require up to 10–14 business days.
- Processing time begins once payment is confirmed and all customization details are approved.

- USPS (First Class, Priority Mail, Priority Express)
- UPS (Ground, 2-Day Air, Overnight)
- FedEx available upon request for larger or rush orders.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Rush processing or expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
Shipping Areas
- We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Tracking & Insurance
- All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order ships.
- Insurance is automatically included for USPS Priority and UPS shipments.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- Once your package is handed to the carrier, shipping times are out of our control.
- If a package is delayed, lost, or shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please reach out to us. We’ll help file a claim and assist you through the process.
- Damaged orders: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and product so we can file a claim and send a replacement if applicable.
Holiday & Busy Season Notice
- During peak seasons (Mother’s Day, Christmas, Graduation, etc.), processing times may increase to 7–14 business days.
- Order early to ensure delivery in time for holidays or special events. Rush options may be limited during these times.
