We will accommodate changes to your order BEFORE beginning your project to ensure total customer satisfaction. However, AFTER the proof has been delivered and approved by you, we cannot guarantee any further changes can be made. Due to production timelines, proofs not approved within 24 hours (from the time they are delivered) will be made as shown in the digital proof.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be in love with your finished product! All items in this shop are custom and made to order which means they are created especially for you. The colors and any extra details you request are selected/chosen/created just for you!
This makes exchanges/returns, due to color change, etc. very complicated as we don't keep these items made up or in stock. We also like to send brand new items, not exchanged items, to customers as we put lots of love into each creation, creating it just for you.
Thus, returns are not accepted and exchanges are only accepted in the situation where we've made a mistake (misspelled name, wrong item sent, wrong customization details per our conversation, etc.) or some type of damage was sustained to the product.
If there is an issue with the item, please contact us within two (2) calendar days of receiving the item so we can rectify the issue.
